Absolutely terrible. Not sure what they're getting paid for. It's sure not for the help/assistance because it is strongly lacking. Very disappointed. :(
Never answer their phones when you call
I have been trying to call for the past week and a half and no one ever answers the phone!
The ladies at the desk are exceptionally rude and no one ever answers the phone. I've been calling them since 8 am this morning its 4 and no one answered not once
Worst county for anything! The assistance office you can't ever talk to anyone! The "ladies" at the front desk are extremely rude and unprofessional. I never had these problems in union county.
